On Saturday, November 14, 2015, the Duke Law Club of Northern California is partnering with IANGEL for a pro bono and volunteering opportunity to support IANGEL partner, Alliance for International Womens Rights (AIWR) with development of their curriculum on the Afghan Constitution.

One of AIWR’s programs provides mentorship for women law professors in Afghanistan, at several universities throughout the country. AIWR’s mentorship program has grown this year, thanks in part to IANGEL connecting AIWR to several distinguished professors who have generously committed their time and expertise to this valuable cause.  AIWR staff and interns have drafted curriculum on the Afghan Constitution, as a teaching tool for mentors and mentees in this program.
